I love and hate linzer cookies. Hate them because they are more work and effort than the usual cookie. But, I also deeply, deeply love them because of how they look and taste. After I finish putting together my cookies and stare at them for a bit, I always think to myself, “ That was so worth it!” My heart is full each time and I want to keep making linzer cookies.
