toffee potato chip bark

This is one of the holiday cookies I look forward to the most. The addicting blend of salty and sweet keeps me reaching for it again and again. I add two layers of saltine crackers so that each bite is heftier and more serious. With these layers, the bark eats more like a bar cookie. I also love how easily this cookie comes together!
